Sisters baseball sweeps La Pine

SISTERS, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Sisters completed a doubleheader sweep in dominant fashion, using an explosive start and a stellar outing on the mound to take control. The Outlaws jumped out early behind RBI hits from Kieren Labhart and Jackson McCabe, setting the tone from the first inning. Trent Gordon was outstanding, piling up 14 strikeouts while carrying a no-hitter into the sixth and adding an RBI at the plate. Sisters kept the offense rolling with key hits from Jace Owens and Ethan Eby, powering their way to an 8-0 win in game one before finishing the night with a 7-5 victory in game two, improving to 11-7 on the season.
