Dylan on the Ducks: Figby the dog is ready to root on the Oregon Ducks in the Rose Bowl
BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Figby is a HUGE Oregon Ducks fan and has been for 11 years. He won't be attending the Rose Bowl, because he has a fear of planes. He will be watching the Rose Bowl from Bend and cheering on his Ducks.
Figby, a black Lab, keeps a close eye on where the humans drop crumbs during the game, and when the Ducks score a TD, he feasts on them in celebration. He's also been known to chug water and bark in celebration.Â
Although his DNA likely has similarities to a Husky, he's far from a Husky. In fact, he likes Huskies about as much as he likes baths...NOT AT ALL!
And more great news this week: Figby was told he is cancer-free, after six months of chemotherapy.
