Bend tiny house ‘village’ for homeless veterans proposed

Deschutes County, the city of Bend, Central Oregon Veterans Outreach  and the Bend Heroes foundation are working on creating a "Veterans' Village," a tiny house community for homeless vets on Bend's north side.
