Bend daughter and mom hang encouraging signs around town

NewsChannel 21's Jordan Williams spoke with Cassondra and Shelly Carper, the two behind the signs. The daughter and mother are finding unique ways to help their community, from making masks to creating a teddy bear hunt in their neighborhood. Now, the two are hanging up encouraging signs around town. Right now the two have hung up three but Cassondra plans to hang more.
