Maybe Barney cab tell us, but because the sign on the left side of the screen in the crowd shot said “let me get married…,” I thought it was probably stock footage from before the Obergefell v. Hodges ruling in 2015, long before “social distancing.” But at least it gave you an excuse to express some bigotry.
