Bend’s 2021 Witches Paddle brings out hundreds of witches and warlocks
The 2021 Bend Witches Paddle had a big turnout, despite the cold weather Sunday afternoon.
Participants loaded at Riverbend Park and kids swarmed to the footbridge to hear the cackling witches float by.
