Salvation Army in serious need of Red Kettle bell-ringers, to help with needed donations

The usual holiday sound of bells ringing outside retailers isn't being heard much on the High Desert this year. Those Red Kettles help The Salvation Army in Bend help those in need throughout the year. They need volunteers to man the kettles, and ring those bells!
