NW Bend developers, neighbors reach compromise

Pahlisch Homes and neighbors of a proposed development in the Three Pines Ridge area of NW Bend have reached a compromise after the developer got a new chance through its state appeal of the project's initial city denial.

  1. Well that was 100% worthless. No really it didn’t tell us a damn thing. There wasn’t even any links to other supporting storys. What was the compromise? What did the builder want, what did the neighbors want? When will the new building start? How many homes in this new development will look like crap after two years because they were required low income homes that the owners didn’t have to work to earn so they have no respect for them. There is nothing here. Might as well have a story about the coming darkness around 5pm tonight.

    1. I’m sorry, Sam, but by now you should know not everything we do is going to be a 500-word story or 2-minute reporter package on the air. (To be honest, not everything is worth that time investment.) The woman DID touch on a major issue for neighbors – tree preservation. But it took me 10 seconds to Google a link to all the background you could want. Sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations.
