Bend Boy Scouts Christmas tree recycling donations stolen

A southeast Bend man told NewsChanel-21 he witnessed people stealing donations attached to curbside Christmas trees early Friday morning. The trees will be picked up and recycled by Central Oregon Boy Scout troops this weekend and next.
