Honor Flight of Central Oregon sets sights on fall return of trips to D.C.

After a year of COVID-19 delays, Honor Flight of Central Oregon is hopeful restrictions will be lifted in time for a September trip by World War II, Korean and Vietnam veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit the war memorials and monuments that honor them.
