C.O. Suicide Prevention Alliance holds candlelight vigil

Earlier this month, the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners officially recognized September as Suicide Prevention Month. On Thursday evening, the Central Oregon Suicide Prevention Alliance held its annual candlelight vigil in downtown Bend, for anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide.
