Oregon National Guard flyover in Sunriver honors local veteran at celebration of life

The Oregon National Guard staged a flyover Friday morning in Sunriver at the celebration of life for Air Force Capt. Richard Hansen, who served as a pilot during the Vietnam War and received a Silver Star and Bronze Star.
