Operation Christmas Child prepares to make kids around the world smile with shoebox gifts

 The Samaritan's Purse project's Operation Christmas Child is spreading smiles across the world. Operation Christmas Child is collecting shoe box gifts. National spokesperson Justin Thomas got a shoebox gift when he was 13 and growing up in Southeast Asia. Thomas used to write with a pencil so short that he held it using a pen cap. Inside his shoe box was an entire packet of new pencils.
