Meissner Nordic Ski Community gathers to build, light up traditional ‘snow dragon’

The Meissner Nordic Community Ski Area continued a 15-year tradition on a blue-sky Saturday, gathering to build a snow dragon named "Nance." Once the 150-foot-long masterpiece was complete, they continued another tradition, lighting candles and fireworks at sunset to "awaken" the dragon for winter.
