Bend High holds Sparrow Fun Run to raise funds for their school’s Sparrow

Bend High's National Honor Society hosted its third annual 5K Sparrow Fun Run on Saturday. The run is a way to raise funds for this year's school Sparrow. A young girl, Elaine, suffers from expensive medical issues. The National Honor Society is a community service club at Bend High, helping their peers and the community. Sparrow Clubs is a Bend-based nonprofit organization, empowering kids to help kids. It pairs a family that has kids with medical needs, Sparrows, with area schools.
