Oregon State Police share dashcam video of risky, frighteningly bad pass in Harney County
Oregon State Police shared a video online and said 'a Harney County driver is incredibly lucky after attempting this risky pass."
"The Ford driver just missed the eastbound trailer and likely death, but struck the driver's side of the westbound semi-trailer," troopers said. "Thankfully, no one was injured. The driver was cited for careless driving."
