Bend High speech and debate team wins Regionals, raising funds in community for trip to Nationals

Students from Bend and Summit High's speech and debate teams have won regionals, and the right to compete at a national level. However, the teams are entirely self funded - and turning to the community for help financing the trip to Des Moines, Iowa.
