Clearer, but cool & windy

-GOOD THURSDAY MORNING, EVERYONE...

The passage of a couple weak cold fronts will keep us windy, with daytime highs at or slightly below average today. Highs will be in the low 60's. Winds out of the west and NW will ramp up to 10-20 mph with gusts to 25-30 mph. A slight chance of morning showers will break into partly cloudy skies. We will see some gradual clearing tonight as lows dip into the 30's and northerly breezes back off to 5-10 mph.

Friday promises to be the fairest day we will see for a bit. Under mostly sunny skies, highs will be close to 70 degrees. Clouds will thicken a bit Friday night as the next system approaches. This will lead to a chance of showers and scattered thunderstorms Saturday, beginning about lunch time. Highs will be in the upper 60's to low 70's. Cold air will move in with this system, so Sunday we can plan on being rainy with highs only reaching the mid to upper 50's. This will start to break up Sunday night, leaving us with only a modest chance of showers early Monday morning. A clearing and warming trend will take us back to sunny skies, with highs in the low 70's by Wednesday.
