We dry out but remain cool & cloudy today
Highs today will be in the low to mid 50s under partly cloudy skies. We’ll see an increase in cloud cover as we head into the night and early tomorrow morning. Lows tonight will be in the 20s and 30s.
Yesterday’s rain cleared out early in the day. Some patchy fog this morning is possible before 9am due to lingering moisture. There is a chance the southeast part of the Tri-County area sees some rain tomorrow afternoon but it will mostly pass over us and develop on the eastern part of the state. However, the system bringing this rain will make put us on the breezy side tomorrow with gusts 15-20mph.
Temperatures remain in the 50s through the first half of the week. We’ll see them progressively climb starting Thursday. A ridge will begin to build by the end of the week, which will raise our temperatures up to the mid 60s in some areas on Friday and Saturday.
We'll see rain again this upcoming weekend. A new low pressure will begin to drop in over the weekend and rain will try to make over the mountains starting Saturday and Sunday. This system will bring cooler air and it’s possible we see a wintry mix or snow along the Cascades early next week. We’ll continue to track future rainfall for you here.
Happy Tuesday. Keep looking for the pumpkin in my forecast for the remainder of the month. Have a great day!
