A few mild and quiet days ahead

After a long weekend of cold, below normal temperatures, we get back into the 40s today. Skies should be mostly clear to partly cloudy and winds will be light. Lows tonight remain on the chilly side, in the 20s and teens.

We should see highs hover in the 40s for a few more days, with a couple of places reaching the low 50s on Thursday.

Quiet, sensible weather is in the forecast this week. Skies are expected to be mostly clear again tomorrow but increase on Thursday.

Enjoy the mild temperatures for the next few days because it is expected to get cold again for the weekend. Highs will be in the 30s starting Friday and remain in the 30s until Monday.

There is a chance for a stray, passing snow shower on Friday. It won’t be a lot, and the chances are low, but we’ll continue to track that as we approach the weekend.

GOOD NEWS: Yesterday was our last 4pm sunset! Our sunset tonight will be at 5:01 pm and we'll continue to see our days get longer by a couple minutes each day.

Happy Tuesday!
