Snow Report: Tuesday March 19th

Today is the last day of Winter 2023-24 as Spring begins tonight and 8:09 pm when the direct rays of the Sun are over the equator. This will begin the time of year when the days are longer than the nights, and the Sun angle gets much more direct over the northern hemisphere. Weather patterns are reflecting the Spring-like feel as the mercury hit the 50s in the thermometer on our mountains. Plenty of snow to be groomed, so enjoy the mild air. This warmer than normal weather will linger for one more day then we cool down and get some snow Thursday. The snow will be mix a bit with some rain at times, so not ideal.
