Snow Report: Friday April 12th

There will be rain showers likely today and Saturday as the region transitions from winter-like weather to more of a spring-like pattern. Rain is a result of an area of low pressure that will be in the area will be present until at least early Sunday. The rainy weather will not be welcomed for us, but we still have a lot of snow on the mountains. We also need to be aware of potential avalanche scenarios when we get this rain and snow melt. Check with the resort for their assessment of the avalanche possibility to stay safe.
