Snow Report: Heavy snow on the way tonight through early Thursday

A robust snow event will impact the Cascades through Wednesday night into Thursday morning (before dawn). Expect about a foot of new snow in the northern Oregon Cascades near Timberline and about 8 - 10" at Mt. Bachelor. Unfortunately, the winds will be howling when the snow is falling Wednesday, so possible issues with lifts, but by Thursday we should be able to get those last few runs of the season in at Bachelor before they shut down for the season this Sunday.
