Snow Report: Much needed heavy snow at Mt. Bachelor, more snow tonight

The Cascades are getting some much-needed snow as the season is coming to an end at Mt. Bachelor. Over a foot of new snow has already fallen and the chance for more continues into the night. Get out tomorrow and enjoy the rides. Temps are just below freezing at Bachelor, so the snow is a little soft, but it will be cold enough tonight for the snow to be much lighter and fluffy for your morning runs. Stay safe and make sure to heed the restrictions and cautions established by the ski patrol. Timberline is also open so enjoy the snow in the northern Oregon Cascades as well.
