The first hearing will be held at the Marine Board office, 435 Commercial St. NE, in Salem on August 28, beginning at 6 pm. The second hearing is scheduled at the US Forest Service Deschutes Office Conference Room, 63095 Deschutes Market Rd., in Bend, on Thursday, August 30, beginning at 6 pm.
