KTVZ

Happy Labor Day, everyone!

Tonight we’ll see breezy conditions out of the northwest through sunset. Winds will be calm overnight with mostly clear to clear skies overhead. Some haze is likely especially through Sunriver and La Pine. Overnight lows will be chilly, but around average in the upper 30s and lower 40s.

Tomorrow sees sunshine again as high pressure extends over the region. Highs will top out in the upper 70s and low to mid 80s. We’ll see winds gusting around 20 miles per hour out of the north.

A southwesterly flow begins Tuesday afternoon and will likely bring some smoke into the region. We’ll likely look at poor air quality levels overnight into Wednesday. Overall, we’ll see some haze and smoke to the south.

The warmest day of the week will be Wednesday as highs top out in the mid to upper 80s. Mostly sunny skies are on the way and smoke will likely be in Central Oregon.

We stay warm and hazy through the end of the week. Cooler air will move in for the weekend and should help clear out our skies. Conditions will stay dry and skies will stay mostly sunny. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 70s.
