Local Alert Weather, Tue. AM, 9.4.18
Good Tuesday Morning, Everyone…
After a chilly, but clearer start to our day we are expecting to stay quite nice. With plenty of sunshine and a minimal smoky haze we will see our highs reach the low to mid 80’s…a lot like yesterday. Northerly breezes will be gentle at 5-10 mph. Skies will stay clear tonight. Lows for most will be scattered throughout the 40’s with a few spots at the upper elevations dropping into the 30’s. Breezes will become light and variable after midnight.
Wednesday and Thursday promise to be the warmest days of the week and highs will be pushing 90 degrees both days. A developing system centered in the Gulf of Alaska will will be responsible for pulling a few clouds into the Pacific NW along with cooling temps beginning Friday. We will stay dry, but by Saturday daytime highs will be in the low to mid 70’s, and only slightly warmer Sunday.
