Local Alert Weather – Mon. PM

KTVZ

Happy Monday evening, everyone!

A cool day for Central Oregon will take us into a cold night. Winds will gust around 25 miles per hour as a cold front is making its way through Oregon bringing us cooler daytime highs tomorrow.

Overnight lows will be in the low to mid 30s early tomorrow morning, so cover up any outdoor plants you’re concerned about! Overnight lows should be in the lower 40s for this time of year. Tonight we’ll see increasing clouds after sunset. We’re looking at partly cloudy skies.

Tomorrow begins with partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. We’ll see clearer skies by the afternoon and looking at mostly sunny skies. Winds will be lighter for Tuesday than Monday. Temperatures will be below average in the mid to upper 60s. Our average daytime high is 78 degrees.

A slight chance for showers develops by the evening, but it would be sprinkles at best. Overnight into Wednesday we see a slight chance for showers as well, but will see mostly cloudy skies overall.

Temperatures stay in the mid to upper 60s this week, so we are on the cooler side. Clouds will be overhead here and there Thursday and Friday. Overnight lows will be cold in the low to mid 30s.
