Happy Fall Equinox Central Oregon!

On Saturday we spent a majority of the day under clouds. Some scattered showers moved in with the cold front across the region, but the showers were mostly to the west of the Cascades and south-southeast of the Bend/Redmond area.

Temperatures Saturday were significantly lower then Friday, up to 20 degrees cooler in some areas of Central Oregon. These cool temperatures will stay with us through Saturday night and into Sunday as the cold front continues to pass.

Saturday night lows will be below average almost all across the High Desert, ranging from the high 20s in La Pine and Sunriver to the high 30s in Warm Springs.

There will be a chilly start to Sunday, with temperatures ranging from the high 20s to low 30s.

Sunday’s highs will be a bit cooler even than Saturday’s, ranging form the mid to high 60s, but the real change for Sunday will be clear skies!

The current cold front will continue moving through the state, but Monday we’ll start to see temperatures go up a little and a warm front will make its way back into Central Oregon mid-week giving us temperatures back up in the mid 70’s to low 80s.
