Good Friday Morning, Everyone…

Smoke from wildfires to our SW will stay in our air today. Also, contributing to these smoky conditions is a fire burning at a log chipping facility in La Pine. That fire ignited two days ago. Apart from that we are looking at another sunny, warm day. Highs will be in the low to mid 80’s and light SW breezes this morning will turn northerly at 5-10 mph this afternoon.

A few clouds will press into the region tonight. Lows will be scattered through the 40’s. Breezes will become light and variable after midnight.

As the clouds increase Saturday we will see highs settle back into the mid 70’s. Rain showers will work their way in by late afternoon or early evening. Those showers have the potential to be heavy at times. Expect to see rain showers through Saturday night and into Sunday morning. Sunday will stay cool with highs only reaching the mid to upper 60’s. We will see mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with highs in the low 70’s through much of next week.

HAVE A SPARKLING DAY IN CENTRAL OREGON!
