Blindfolds offer sense of what it’s like for visually impaired to cross Bend roundabouts

Bend city officials and engineers were among participants in a Tuesday 'Walk and Rollabout' exercise hosted by Commute Options. They were guided across three roundabouts blindfolded to experience what it's like for those who are visually impaired or struggle with other disabilities, NewsChannel 21's Bola Gbadebo reports.
