ODOT conducts another blasting operation along new Bend Parkway route

ODOT crews completed another blast Saturday morning of hard basalt along U.S. Highway 97 north of Empire Avenue to make way for the new section of the Bend Parkway. The road was briefly closed for the work to allow for a clear zone around the blast site. Video courtesy of Connect Central Oregon.
