Redmond family says they are still experiencing retaliation following repair complaints

October 2024 video

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ)-- We spoke with a Redmond family last month about their experience living at the RedPoint Apartments in west Redmond. Chris Armstrong tells us he and his family are still experiencing retaliation from management, following the story.

Built as emergency housing during the COVID-19 pandemic, the complex houses nearly 200 units. Since June of this year, the family has been without a second bathroom, has had multiple electrical issues, and also learned that they lived with a convicted felon and sex offender next door.

Isabella Warren is checking in with the family as they get ready to move for a report tonight on NewsChannel 21 at Five.
