BEND, Ore. (KTVZ)-- Monarch butterfly populations have declined nearly 95% since the 1950's, mainly due to habitat loss. The Deschutes Land Trust wants to help fight to bring the monarch populations back. They are making packs of native milkweed you can plant in your backyard, creating a habitat for monarchs.
