SEATTLE (AP) _ Marchex Inc. (MCHX) on Wednesday reported a loss of $414,000 in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Seattle-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 1 cent per share.

The advertising and marketing company posted revenue of $28.6 million in the period.
