Pints for Polio: Bend fundraiser pub walk happening this weekend

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- On Saturday, October 11th, join the Rotary Club of Greater Bend as it hosts a local pub walk, 'Pints for Polio'.

It's a fundraising effort to eradicate polio globally and is the 14th annual event.

For $25, participants receive a commemorative stainless-steel cup and a punch card good for 6-ounce craft beer pours at more than a dozen local breweries.

Check-in takes place at Deschutes Brewery’s Public House in downtown Bend from Noon-2 p.m. and the pub tour runs until 5 p.m. at pubs downtown, on Galveston Avenue, and in other locations around Bend.
