Near normal temperatures through the end of the week, warmer on Saturday, changes by Sunday
Bend, OR (KTVZ) -
Warmer air is moving in today which will heat afternoon temperatures back to near normal. Look for highs to be in the lower to middle 60s today and tomorrow under a mix of clouds and sun. Winds will be light.
By Saturday, temperatures will get into the upper 60s and lower 70s due to a weak ridge moving across the region.
Changes come overnight into early Sunday morning. Rain showers return with chances for mountain snow. Most of the rain is expected during the first half of the day, but there is the possibility for a few stray showers across the high desert through the afternoon. Mountain precipitation will be a mixture of rain and snow and should continue for the majority of the day.
With rain returning, temperatures will make a big drop back into the low to mid 50s Sunday. Rain should be a one-and-done deal with drier conditions next week and temperatures warming back into the 60s.
Happy Thursday. Have a nice day.
