Snow Report: Plenty of snow on the way

The mountains are under a Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow and gusty winds. There will be over a foot of new snow added to the mountains, with some pockets of higher amounts. The general thinking is that we should see 12 - 20" but at the peaks, I expect much more will accumulate. Check with the resort you wish to visit to make sure they are operating in the snowy conditions Wednesday and Thursday.
