Foggy pattern persists into the weekend

Saturday will see highs in the low 30s with mostly cloudy and foggy weather conditions. Travel through the tri-counties will be impacted negatively once more.  There is still some hope that the skies will clear out late in the day, but late enough in the day to limit the warming properties of the sun.

Sunday will be misty to start once again and with the cold air mass in place we will only reach the low 30s.  As the day moves along the sunshine has a chance to return.

Monday will be mostly cloudy and mild with highs in the upper 40s. A passing shower is possible in the afternoon, but not much consequence. The mostly cloudy skies will not allow us to warm up much, but the ridge of high pressure responsible for the warmup may help.  But, if the fog doesn’t get pushed out by this new ridge, we are looking at more chilly and misty weather next week.

Please, Stay safe.
