Furry Friends: Friday the cuddly girl is looking for her forever home

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- This week's Furry Friend is Friday, a 1.5-year-old mixed breed looking for her forever home at Brightside Animal Center in Redmond!

Friday is the sweetest girl who loves cuddles and attention. Her favorite spot will be right next to you--wherever that may be.

"Friday is a certified Velcro girl. She's gonna want to do everything in life with you. By your side when you sleep, when you're hanging out. She is not one that just wants to hang out by herself," said Hannah Loftis, the shelter manager at Brightside. "She is everyone's favorite here. She was in foster for a little while and did fantastic with the kids that were in the home. She has a ton of dog friends here. She is also one of the ones that we use for pack walks to help other dogs feel brave and see if they want to be friends with other dogs."

Friday would do best in a home where she's the only pup--but that's not a make-or-break situation. She would get along with a sibling just fine with a sibling if a proper introduction happens, and with her forever family giving her time to get adjusted.

"She's one that we definitely would recommend doing a good intro and taking time in the home because she wants the home to be her own, but we don't think that that's going to stop her from having a sibling, but it just might take some time," Hannah said.
