Central Oregon will see mixed sun and clouds through Monday

BEND, Ore. — Central Oregon will see a mix of clouds and sunshine Sunday, with afternoon temperatures reaching the low 60s, followed by another mostly cloudy and mild day Monday.

For Bend, the National Weather Service forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies tonight and a low near 38 degrees. Winds from the north around 5 mph are expected to ease and become calm this evening.

Sunday will be partly sunny, with a high near 63. Winds are expected to remain light, turning northerly around 5 mph in the afternoon. Sunday night will turn mostly cloudy again, with temperatures dipping to around 38 degrees.

Monday is expected to stay mostly cloudy, with a high near 59. Light and variable winds are forecast.

The forecast indicates dry conditions through Monday, with cool overnight temperatures. Residents heading out early should plan for temperatures in the upper 30s.
