Snow Report: Spring Skies and Firm Rides

The National Weather Service reports that Central Oregon is currently under a mild spring pattern, with daytime temperatures reaching the upper 50s and lower 60s.

While this makes for pleasant outdoor activities, the region continues to face a significant "snow drought," with statewide snowpack levels at roughly 23% of normal.

While we wait for the next winter reload, the high-pressure ridge is delivering stunning, bluebird skies.

Forecasts from NOAA suggest a shift toward an "unsettled pattern" starting Tuesday night, which may bring a return of rain and mountain snow to the crests by mid-week.

For now, it is the perfect window to enjoy fast spring skiing and panoramic views.
