Chilly and breezy Tuesday, few showers possible

KTVZ-TV

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - A cool, unsettled weather pattern will stay over the Pacific Northwest through the weekend as low pressure systems move through the region.

A few rain showers are possible today, but most of the activity will stay over the Cascades.

Highs will be similar to Monday, mainly in the 40s. Expect a mix of clouds and sunshine throughout the day, along with breezy conditions.

The mountains have already picked up snow, and more is possible over the next few days. If you’re traveling over the passes, check road cameras and conditions before heading out.

Overnight lows will dip into the 20s and low 30s across Central Oregon.

Wednesday’s highs will remain in the upper 40s, with breezy to windy conditions making it feel colder. Rain chances will decrease as we move through the week.

Cooler air will stick around through the weekend, setting the stage for a chilly Halloween! A jacket might not be part of your costume, but you’ll want one if you’re heading outside for evening festivities.

Monday looks cloudy and dry, with highs returning to the low 50s.
