Chilly Wednesday with more gusts, lower chance for showers

KTVZ

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - The chilly pattern continues, with below-normal temperatures sticking around for the rest of the week.

Highs today will range from the mid 40s to low 50s across Central Oregon. Gusty winds could make it feel even cooler.

There is a lower chance for showers again today, with some rain possibly mixing with snow early this morning. There will be plenty of dry time today with periods of sunshine.

Bundle up tomorrow morning! Overnight temperatures will drop into the 20s, with some colder spots dipping into the teens.

Thursday and Friday bring highs in the upper 40s to low 50s. Lower elevations stay mostly dry, while light rain and snow showers linger in the Cascades.

Halloween is looking chilly, so plan on warm layers for your trick-or-treaters! The chance for late showers is still a possibility that day and we’ll fine-tune those details as we get closer.

If you're heading through the passes this week, keep an eye on the road cameras. Drive with caution through changing conditions.
