Chance for rain late Wednesday

KTVZ

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - Good Wednesday morning!

We’re off to a chilly start across Central Oregon, with some areas waking up to freezing fog. Give yourself a little extra time this morning if you encounter reduced visibility or slick spots on the roads.

Temperatures will climb into the mid to upper 50s this afternoon. We’ll see some sunshine before clouds increase later in the day ahead of our next chance for rain.

Showers could move through tonight and linger into early Thursday morning. We'll clear up tomorrow, but temperatures will be similar to today's.

We then head into a drier stretch as temperatures warm heading into the weekend. Friday’s highs will reach the upper 50s to low 60s, setting us up for an even warmer Saturday.

Saturday looks like the warmest day of the week, with afternoon temperatures reaching the mid 60s. Very pleasant for outdoor plans!

Clouds increase again Sunday as temperatures fall back into the mid 50s.

Highs stay in the mid 50s Monday and Tuesday, with mostly cloudy skies. It's likely will see some showers returning to the forecast next week.
