KIDS Center shifts to online fundraising effort after event canceled

KIDS Center, Central Oregon's child abuse intervention and prevention center, has had to cancel its upcoming fundraising event due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but is seeking community support through an online version of its April Blue Ribbon campaign.
