KTVZ, Bend Parks & Rec partner in Fourth of July ‘Virtual Pet Parade’

COVID-19 caused Bend Parks and Rec to cancel this year's Fourth of July Pet Parade -- but NewsChannel 21 is partnering with them for a 'Virtual Pet Parade,' encouraging people to submit their costumed pet videos from the link under the Play tab for an online gallery and a special Fourth of July program.
