Downtown Bend restaurant faces OLCC fine or license suspension

Bos Taurus, a restaurant on Minnesota Avenue in downtown Bend, faces either an $1,815 fine or 11-day liquor license suspension from the OLCC for workers who didn’t have valid alcohol server permits, one for more than six months.
