Parking issues linger at Smith Rock State Park

The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office has noticed a recent increase of Smith Rock State Park visitors parking in designated "no parking" areas, just outside the park. NewsChannel 21 talked Monday with the sheriff's office about planned enforcement and also caught up with a frustrated Terrebonne resident.
