Redesign of small county park in downtown Bend will add parking
Deschutes County commissioners recently voted 2-1 to spend $2.5 million to redesign Worrell Park along Wall Street, removing a hill and adding nearly 70 parking spaces. We talked to commissioners on both sides of the issue.
